Bullhorn liplift pre operatively and 5 days post-operative (just prior to removal of sutures - blue coloured suture material). There will be mild swelling just under the nose for the first 2 weeks, and this scar will improve overtime. There are no scars on the lip. The lower lip can be improved by fillers on the same day or at a later stage to match the upper lip. Alternatively there is also a similar surgical procedure for the lower lip as well. This patient had upper liplift performed only.
